I love helping people/companies figure out the why behind problems and how things work in general. In search there are so many rabbit holes in finding the why and how users search. It is also fast-paced, and I enjoy working with many different clients.
Jump in head first and be authentic. It’s better to be yourself than a version of yourself you think people will like.
I enjoy taking my pug, Sophie, for a walk. Weekend trips to the market are a must! I also love being outdoors, whether it’s running, hiking locally, or hiking Angel’s Landing. Reading, going to concerts, oh and eating french fries!
Excellence. I expect the highest standards of myself and can be exceptionally hard on myself as well. Having a team that strives for those high standards brings the entire organization to another level. On the flip side, it also means making a situation right when something doesn’t go as planned. Both facets are equally important in my day to day life.

Shark, after the first bite they’d swim away…right? Plus, I feel like a bear would stick around for a full meal. (The Revenant must have scarred me).
Any greenhouse/plant store. I love plants, the bigger and greener the better! There is at least one plant in every room of my house, and there needs to be more.
